What are high valuable skills? What are the different ways to develop them? How do we know when they’re enough?
Our current society promotes a hyper-focus on education, career development, and self-development. This is a great thing!
However, with so much emphasis being placed, there has also been a reduction in emphasis on other important things. For example, the importance of non-academic skills such as computer programming or business training was overlooked.

Some individuals even feel like they have to have an advanced degree in order to “properly” validate their intelligence.
Giving feedback
When you notice a gap in your skills, it is time to give feedback. You can do this by talking to other people or to a teacher at school.

Leadership
A leadership skill is something that makes you more than capable of doing, but that doesn’t have a direct impact on your success.
You can have a leadership skill for being able to manage your stress levels, how you communicate with others, or how you lead yourself. All of these things can make you more effective in your job or in your life.
How to develop a leadership skill depends on what you want to do in life, but all leaders have some basic skills that they can learn to improve.
The best way to learn a leadership skill is to go back to basics and spend time learning the basics of other skills. This includes learning how to work with computers and other technologies, finding an old-self again, and re-learning what it means to be confident.
